To the Prince George's Democratic Central Committee: Don't Recommend "Yes" on Question D

At its meeting Tuesday (Sept. 20), the Prince George's Democratic Central Committee should not rubber-stamp a bad ballot measure, evading term limits, on its sample ballot.
