Progressive Prince George's Chapter meeting tonight eyes the Zoning Rewrite, with MNCPPC staff there to answer our skeptical questions, and considers with equal skepticism the Nov. 8 ballot question that proposes adding at-large members to the County Council.

Join Progressive Prince George's members at our chapter meeting tonight, Thursday, Sept. 8, 6:30-8 at UFCW, 8400 Corporate Drive Landover 20785, RSVP HERE.

We'll hear from MNCPP staff about the ongoing Zoning Rewrite (Module 3 has just been released) and they'll get our questions about why public input is being limited in the process.

And we'll discuss taking a position on a question on the November ballot that would add two at-large seats to the Prince George's County Council (and, many say, sidestep term limits for some sitting members).
